Jim Del Grosso, AIA, LEED AP, is the President of Residential Energy Professionals. He is a licensed professional Architect, with over thirty year's experience. His interest in energy conservation and sustainability led him to become a LEED Accredited Professional through the US Green Building Council and completed his certification as a Home Energy Rating Service Energy Rater through the Residential Energy Services Network.

Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Masters degree in Business Management. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and Certified member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has lectured, published articles and received awards throughout his career.

In 2007 Jim founded Residential Energy Professionals, a consulting practice, to assist homeowners, builders, architects, and real estate professionals in achieving responsible energy conservation through improved indoor air quality, improved comfort and energy savings.
